With a heavy heart, I am going to be passing the "Truffle Baton" to another.
Kelsey Poster with "Kelsy's Creations" will be taking over future orders. (I will fulfill any orders or gift certificates that are still out there).
This decision was very hard to make, but I know it is what is best. I enjoyed it immensely and learned so much. I just got too big too fast, and unfortunately I couldn't keep up.
I want to say THANK YOU to all those that had placed orders for Truffles this past year, you have taught me more than I can say!

While Mom is working on setting up the bowling alley, I decided to set up my truffle stand.
I'll be outside of the Pierz Ballroom for a couple hours or until I sell out.
I even made some lemonade!

Hello, my name is Caiden, and I am 13 years old. With the help of my parents and guidance from Stacy - the original truffle maker, I was able to start my first company, "Truffles By Caiden".
I love cooking, baking and making Truffes. My hope is to raise enough money to put me through college when the time comes. One day I will hopefully be, Doctor Caiden Ratke, a pediatric surgeon!
