💜Exciting times ahead for Good vibe clan and Good Vibe Clan Talks and Walks 💜

I am thrilled to announce that I have been accepted into the SheGenerate3.0 cohort!

This journey promises a series of enriching experiences, including online workshops, community events, big sister sessions, and collaboration over an 8-month period.

AwakenHub, a social enterprise founded by five women from the four provinces of Ireland, operates with a unique mission to change the landscape for women-founded startups by removing barriers to investment, scale, and success.

SheGenerate, launched by AwakenHub in 2021, is the first-ever island of Ireland accelerator lite program designed for very early-stage women founders.

As I embark on the SheGenerate3.0 program, I am honoured to be part of this initiative and am excited where it will take me and

Antrim Good Vibe Clan Talk and Walk this morning was wonderful as ever, the connections, community, support and friendships forming among these wonderful women is just amazing and we are always keen to see new faces 💜

Antrim castle grounds are stunning at the moment in all their autumnal glory and the coffee, scones and service in was great 🙏

7 of us got out through the flooding created by storm Ciaran on Wednesday night and unbelievably not one bit of rain fell!

Let's normalise talking about our mental health, I totally appreciate it's not easy

It's taken me a lot of pain and work to get to this stage and to be honest it's still very difficult at times, the stigma around mental health absolutely still exists

What interests me is why? Why is there such stigma? What deep rooted believes are held that so many people avoid the subject?

Is it fear?

Good Vibe Clan have set up 2 ladies talk and walk groups in Antrim and Newtownabbey with the aim of reducing isolation and loneliness, building a community of women supporting women in order to improve mental and physical wellbeing

We are currently looking for new members including mums with buggies!

as a mum of 4 i know how lonley it can be at times and how important it is to take time for yourself and this is one of the reasons I set this up
