I’ve been using crystals as part of my healing practice for quite some time now. The science behind why crystals work actually lays in the fabric of our pineal gland, which is actually surrounded by a crystalline structure. Certain crystals vibrate at different frequencies, which are then transmitted to our brains when we harness their energies! Crystals are a HUGE part of the medicine I use to heal myself and others. However it’s important to do your research because TOO MUCH at once can be extremely destabilizing. Here is a recent crystal grid system I created in order to increase the power of my meditations, manifestations, and ability to lucid dream/astral project!

A common limiting belief that lives within our minds is that we need to do things or be a certain way in order to RECEIVE love, or to be deserving of love. Most of us aren’t even aware we’re doing it. Since birth, unfortunately, a lot of our parents unknowingly conditioned us to believe we have to do things or change things about ourselves in order to receive love. Hide our emotions, pretend a close relative wasn’t a sexual predator, go to school and act like our parents weren’t battling their own issues, that they weren’t sick, abusive or addicts…etc. We had to pretend for our world to be safe, we suppressed how things actually felt in order for us to survive. So now as adults we continue these patterns, we continue to squash ourselves to receive love. We push ourselves to extremes to receive love, or do what we were programmed to think is right by someone else’s standards. We lose our sense of self and end up tired, sick, lonely and even suicidal. We are humans, we need connection to survive and that’s natural! Im here on a mission to help people learn about those core wounds, to address these limiting beliefs and what parts of our personality needed to be repressed in order to survive. Let’s take a dive inward together, let’s take a look at what your values actually are, what your dreams are and what mask needs to come off in order to live in alignment with your highest self and live your dreams! ✨

If you look close enough, nature has endless life lessons to share with us. In order to attain higher levels of awareness, one must allow the un conscious messages to merge with the conscious ones. From the top, these branches seem so fragile, distant, disconnected..little do they know, they are all connected, further down the line, out of view from the top branches, they become one.

I was in the mood for a warm comforting soup, so I ended up using some seasonal vegetables I had in my area to come up with this rich and creamy squash and rutabaga potage(i.e. thick soup)! It’s packed with ingredients that are great for your overall health. Squash is insanely high in vitamin A, high in potassium, rich in calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, vitamin C, is also a good source of vitamin E, thiamin, niacin, vitamin B6, folate, pantothenic acid, and manganese. As for the rutabaga, though it is low
in calories, it is super nutritional, packed with antioxidants and fibre. It’s super high in vitamin C, high in potassium, rich in magnesium, calcium and vitamin E. Be your doctor your pharmacist is in your kitchen, your fridge, is in your bowls and on your plates! Take care everyone, hope this inspires you to make something healthy for yourselves, don’t forget to tag me in your creations! ✌🏼 ❤️

Did you know molasses is anti-inflammatory and also contains iron, calcium, magnesium, vitamin b6 and selenium? Did you also know that ginger is high in antioxidants, is anti-inflammatory and supports the GI system? I am a strong believer that food is medicine and I’ve found a way to incorporate that into a sweet healthy treat! Feeling good in your skin is about more than just diet and exercise. I learned this the hard way! Your environment can have the biggest impact of all; being in a toxic work place, staying in toxic relationships, keeping friends that always take and never give. These are the things that matter most and if you take the steps to improving your surroundings, know that even through the pain you will only feel better! Personally speaking as a woman, my hormones have such a huge impact on my body both inside and out. High stress will throw hormones off and prevent you from looking and feeling your best. Learn to let go of what no longer serves you and be ready to embrace the beauty life has to offer!

Eating healthy can be a challenge because it can require a lot of prep time. This is one way to make a few healthy salads in advance, just grab it and go, no leaky salad dressing containers needed! This can be done with endless ingredients, even pasta dishes! Just be sure to put your sauce and wet ingredients in first. Hope this inspired you to make your own. If you can’t understand the words on your food labels, that’s a sign to start paying closer attention to what you put in your body.
