We keep asking for material things, when the best thing we can ask Allah for is His forgiveness.

Allah's Messenger (peace be) upon him) said, "When the month of Ramadan starts, the gates of the heaven are opened and the gates of Hell are closed and the devils are chained."

Was your week tough? Trials and tribulations are normal part of daily life. We all go through them on a regular basis. The only difference is in our reaction when things go wrong. Do you throw your hands up in the air while lamenting. "Why me?" Or do you take a deep breath and have patience in Allah's Divine Decree?

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) was a social activist of his time. He shook the underpinnings of the unjust society he lived in by bringing about social reform: he forbade exploitation of the vulnerable, protected the poor by establishing regular charity; and crippled an arrogant class and race-based system by unholding equality.

The Prophet (SAW) would walk with humility and meet people with a smile on his face. Do we follow his lead?

The Prophet (SAW) said a big NO to racism. He reiterated that no human is superior to another expect in good deeds.

The Prophet (peace be upon him) was always beneficial to others. He always maintained that the best believers are those who benefit others.

The Prophet (SAW) protected the rights of the poor by inspiring people to give more and more in charity.

Such were the manners of the Prophet (SAW) that every person who met him would feel like his favorite.

Patience is emotionally tiring,
It is painful
It is difficult.
But the reward is God's pleasure.
What more could a believer ask for?

In the birth of a child and the blossom of a flower, God shows us the beauty of this one virtue beloved to Him - Patience.

When you are stricken with grief, Nobody can ease your affairs other than Allah. Pour out your heart before Him and let Him take over your life.

Mend your relationship with God. He is the only one who can mend what's broken in your life.

The nature of Dunya (world) is temporary, which means that nothing lasts forever - neither your happiness nor grief.

God intervened in the emotional state of the Mother of Prophet Musa when she was commanded to throw her son into the flowing river. Who says He won't intervene in yours?

Once you've made your prayer, know that God heard you. Just be patient.

Not only does God give you what is best for you, He gives it to you at the time that is best for you. Have faith in Him.
