-Rinse, tone again with Danger Jones Cheap Date. And Olaplex all the way.

This memory came up from 10 years ago. On this day over 200 hair designers from all over the world came together for this great artists vision. His vision was to break the world record for the most hair designers working similtaneously in a room for the longest amount of time. We did it! So I’m actually in the Guinness book of world records because of this. While this was an honor for me this experience was more about this visionary. Training with Oribe broke my boxes, expanded my potential and kept me curious and made me realize that for me curiosity ( some call that the unknown) is where the magic is. I miss this amazing artist and the training he created for our hair world. I remember this experience and how much Oribe came to talk to me about my visions, sought me out in this room of over 200 hundred and got up front and personal many times. He even had his camera crews filming me at one point. It was either my friend Harmony or Sadie that caught this treasured moment from where the sat in the observation section near me to support.
Oribe Canales died in December of 2019 but his legacy lives on in my heart and my work forever as well as all the hair designers that he reached.
