This past weekend was a huge mile stone for me. I’ve never got professional photos done for my business and since I’m giving my business my all this year it was due time. 3. When I learned about these things my mentors taught me about setting boundaries and protecting my energy but making sure that there was a consequence and following through.

4. In my case the consequence was walking away if my boundaries weren’t met. Change only happens when actions follow the words they say.

You will check in a few minutes before your appointment and fill out your intake form and let us know of specifics you’d like to work out in your session. 3. I will then do a body scan to find any blockages you may have. 4. You will leave rejuvenated and possibly have the best sleep you’ve had in awhile.
