Cookies with chocolate chips 🍪🍪🍪

INGREDIENTS:

Wheat flour 190g
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Salt ½ teaspoon
Butter 115g
110g cane sugar
75 grams of sugar
1 egg
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Chocolate drops 270g

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Sift flour together with baking powder, add salt.
2. With a mixer, beat the softened butter and sugar on medium speed. Add the egg and vanilla extract, beating on low speed.
3. Gradually add the flour mixture, stirring on low speed.

4. Add the chocolate drippings to the dough and stir in with a wooden spoon. Cover the dough with clingfilm and chill for 20 minutes.
5. Assemble the cooled dough into balls using an ice cream scoop or a regular tablespoon. Place the dough balls on a baking tray lined with baking paper and send to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
6. Leave the finished cookies on the baking tray for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a rack to cool.
