The proposed Ot Kabienge. A contemporary 4 bedrooms unit with the following amenities.
Ground Floor - Lounge, Dining, Kitchen with pantry, Guest br(en suite),Home Office, Alfresco & cloak
First Floor level- Family room, two bedrooms (en suite), Master bedroom with a walk in and en suite and balcony.
Second Floor Level- Flat Roof Terrace,100% water collection hidden roof with solar panels......
Design informed by the client unique taste in details and lave for nature led the team to design in oneness with surrounding nature as well as improve on it by introduction of a variety of new tropical plant species to accentuate the homestead. Waste water designed to be recycled and used in the green maintenance of the compound and plants.
The scheme is self sustaining. A step TOWARDS ZERO ENERGY.
Material choice is by default to the immediate surroundings with availability of brick and natural stone. This is towards reduced carbon emissions and active solving climate change from a micro level towards affecting the macro.....
