Menβs Mental Health is an integral part of our work at Boys Champions. At Boys Champions, we believe that it is okay for men to show and express their emotions, and this is exemplified through our mental health support program for men and our DearMenPod by Boys Champions - a platform for honest conversations around issues affecting men, including mental health.
Mental health issues affect millions of men, yet men are less likely than women to get treatment. Why? There is a powerful mental health stigma in males (meaning anyone who identifies as male) that makes it hard to discuss mental health and ask for support. Even as we learn more about these conditions and effective ways to treat them, menβs mental health stigma persists.
We wonβt relent! And weβre grateful to Dr. Najmun Riyaz and other mental health experts we work with to ensure that our men and young boys have access to mental health support and care they need and when they need it.
Understanding the difference between normal and concerning anxiety in kids is crucial.
While a bit of worry is a part of growing up, sometimes professional help is needed.

Have you ever wondered, what is stress? It's more than just a feeling; it's our body's natural response to the demands and challenges that life throws our way. From work pressures to relationship issues, financial concerns to health problems, and even the weight of world events, stress can manifest emotionally, physically, and mentally.
But what exactly triggers this response? Chemicals released during stress can wreak havoc on our bodies, leading to reduced focus, increased heart rate, muscle tension, and even anxiety or depression in severe cases.
Chronic stress, if left unchecked, can have severe consequences on our health, potentially leading to heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, migraines, anxiety disorders, depression, and more.
So how do we combat stress? The key is not to run away from it but to manage it effectively. By understanding its causes and effects, we empower ourselves to take control of our well-being.
Join us on a journey to discover the best ways to navigate life's challenges and embrace stress as an opportunity for growth and resilience.
