Ok, it’s finally done! He’s officially a graduate of high school... I’m still trying to let that sink in. Man... I am so proud of how far you have come and what lies ahead of you. There is so much opportunity, and the sky is the limit. Never, never lose sight of your goals, no matter what obstacle tries to blind you. Man! I remember you starting school saying it was going to be forever till you graduated. And all the ups and downs you had. You sure did grow up and grow up way too fast. I’m so proud of all you have accomplished and excited for what’s ahead of you. There are something’s I have preached to you as a kid and I want you to take them with you and never forget them...

Happy Birthday baby! You have brought so much to my life and thank you for that! However, God has so much more in store for you. May God continue to bless you and what you have to offer this world!
Ok so this is a true test of patience on my part and even more for . She put all of her trust in me for almost 3 years. And by doing so she has created this masterpiece! March of 2017 she started at 323lbs and 43% BF. And as of yesterday December 2019 she weighted in 175lbs and 25% BF. That’s a total of 148 pounds!!! Through it all we had our ups and downs, but no matter what she had her eyes set on the prize. But her goals aren’t over yet. She wants more and I am so proud of her!! Thank you for trusting in me and to guide you and help build you and new you! You are a true HERO!!

Yep! This kinda of explains us. Don’t take life too serious, and love with everything you got! Thank you for the best birthday experience so far! There are plenty of more coming our way and I can’t wait for the next adventure!
