Ten American 1 buildings have been Energy Star Certified! ⭐ Over the last five years, the Facilities team has been working hard on upgrading our branches and offices to be more energy-conscious. Our ratings have improved due to our employees' efforts to keep our buildings running more efficiently.

To reach Energy Star status, businesses and organizations need to obtain a rating of 75 or higher based on the size of the building, number of employees, computer count, and monthly energy usage. We've worked hard to get to where we are and are proud of this achievement!
