Anyone can say that they want to grow, but not everyone is ready to take on the process of growing.

Growth is a challenging process. Whether physical, mental or spiritual growth, it is not a comforting phase as it requires you to engage in something that is very unusual or new to you, and most of the time, the feeling of growing is something that you wouldn't want.

As much as the process is not pleasing to you, the effect of it is rewarding and life-worthy. As you endure yourself to grow, you also level up and understand better perspectives in life. Growth is a process that you do not rush; it takes time. Just like working out to have a better body, or taking medicines if you are sick or finishing a full marathon.
