The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), Environmental Management Bureau (EMB) of CALABARZON Region, collaborated with FEU Cavite NSTP and Basic Education Department to successfully celebrate the Philippine Earth Month1.
Ms. Maria Aurora Llave, OIC of EEIU, and Ms. Anne Canceran spearheaded the program. Engr. Mark Kevin Fungo engaged NSTP and Grade 5 students in a discussion on RA 9003, also known as the Ecological Solid Waste Management Program, while Mr. Eric Punzalan led a workshop on Nature Journaling.
Representing the Basic Education Department were OIC Ms. Gizzel Tagle and class advisers Ms. Lovely Joy R. Floron, Ms. Shiela Myka N. Sulapas, and Mr. Jefferson A. Hubilla. The program concluded with remarks by Mr. Reynald Alfred G. Sy, Department Chair of Teacher Education and Lifelong Learning, and NSTP Program Coordinator, officially closing the event.

Embarking on a meaningful initiative, the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), Environmental Management Bureau (EMB), CALABARZON Region, is joining hands with FEU Cavite NSTP and Basic Education Department to celebrate the Philippine Earth Month.
Together, they present "Eco-adventurers: Outdoor Discovery," an engaging event aimed at fostering environmental awareness and appreciation.

They joined thousands of other participants at the MOA Arena, Pasay City for the Angels Walk for Autism on April 21, 2024, standing united in their dedication to making a positive impact for inclusivity in the society!

The FEU Cavite HED, National Service Training Program (NSTP) through its initiative the Literacy and Numeracy Gap Assistance Project (LiNGAP), is continously assisting in the improvement of Lalaan Central School's (LCS) Lesrning Resource Center (LRC) together with Ma'am Rowena Gatchalian of LCS as Project Proponent and Coodinator.

Together, we aspire to increase the literacy and numeracy levels of pupils of our partner Lalaan Central School in Silang, Cavite by assisting in the implementation of their Enhanced Mathematical Abilities Towards Holistic Development of La Centralian (Project E-MATH) and Sustaining the Provision of Effective Aides for Learners in Reading (Project SPEAR) every Tuesday and Thursday 3:30 -4:30 PM. By participating, you contribute to shaping a brighter future through education.

The Philippine Red Cross Cavite Chapter - Silang Branch successfully concluded their HIV/AIDS and Substance Abuse Prevention Training of Peer Educator in collaboration with FEU Cavite HED - NSTP last February 11, 2024. Ms. Trisha Mae Bayot and Aubrey Nicole Ventura BS Psychology students from FEU C NSTP were among who completed the training!
The training was participated by different schools in Cavite : Sumilang CRCYC - CvSU Silang, St. Dominic College of Asia, AISAT College, Paltreรฑos Senior Plus Red Cross Youth Council, The Emilian Health Succour CRCYC, Cavite State University, Olivarez College Tagaytay, and MOL Magsaysay Maritime Academy. Your commitment to health education is inspiring!
Special thanks to PRC Manila Chapter for facilitating, and a round of applause to PRC Cavite Chapter - Silang for spearheading this impactful initiative. Together, we're making strides in creating a healthier and more informed community!
