Also known as the gelée, or aspic, it fills the gaps in-between the pastry that has expanded and set, holds all the meat parts in place and adds flavour.

The UK Finals will be held on 14th October 2024 at . 10 contestants will be competing for the chance to represent Team UK at the Pâté-Croûte World Championships () in December 2024. The final will take place in France and you'll compete against other winners of regional finals from around the globe. Enter now and good luck!
