We are so excited that school is out and summertime is here! But we sure do love our teachers and will miss them over the summer.

I loved making these little personalized cakes for them all. We had a bit of a different year this year, and we had a lot of special people to thank.

Did you know that I hand write all my toppers using edible ink markers?

I always thought people knew this, but recently, I've had a few comments from people who thought it was done through a printing device.

It is a long process to hand write it all, but I do enjoy it and love adding a personal touch to my orders.

Maybe one day I will take the time to do a little video of the process.

Well, it's been a minute since I've posted on here!

Summer has been packed with fun and adventures for our family.

Along with lots of fun down time spent swimming, making millions of bracelets, building lego, and just enjoying a slower pace.

How has your summer been? I can't believe we are almost back to school 😭.

I am going to miss my kids, but will hopefully enjoy a little less chaotic house 😄.

It is banana with brown sugar buttercream.

We celebrated my daughter's birthday with some of her friends last night. All she wanted was a banana cake with her name on it. Turned out so elegant.
