I’m offering 3 free classes in January🪩
The classes will be every Wednesday (17th,24th and 31st January) at 6pm on zoom. The classes will last 30 mins. All level and abilities welcome, each exercise will have multiple level options as well as options with and without equipment.
If you are interesting in trying Pilates with no commitment just complete the sign up form in the comments below I will send the zoom link to the email provided. Once you receive the email click the link at the time of the class (if you haven’t got the zoom app it may ask you to download it).

It was our first class of 2023 tonight and we started with a challenge!
Have a go and see what level you get to!
Leg lift challenge💪🏼
Start position - Sit tall with legs straight out in front. Try to think about engaging your core as well as imagining there’s a string attached to your head pulling you up to the ceiling! Try using a mirror to make sure you stay straight!
Level 1 :
Arms behind to support
Lift one leg straight up off the mat and back (slowly to make the muscles burn🔥)
Level 2 :
Put hands on your lap to reduce the support and repeat the leg lift
Level 3 :
Arms behind to support
Place a soft ball under the heel of your left leg and lift your right leg straight up
Level 4 :
Put hands on your lap and repeat with the soft ball
Level 5 :
Arms behind to support
Keep the soft ball under the heel of your left leg place a block (or any object on the mat) and lift your right leg straight up and over the block
Level 6 :
Put your hands on your lap and repeat!

Soft ball Mondays! 🪩
Using equipment can be a great addition to Pilates. We used our soft ball tonight to challenge our balance and make our core muscles work hard!

To me Pilates is the perfect addition to running training. Not only does it balance out the high impact we put through the body when we run but also helps to correct the muscle imbalances that can develop. Since I started Pilates I have not looked back, and I am grateful be able to share that experience and knowledge to help others.

Happy summer holidays everyone!
Just a wee update as I haven’t posted for a wee while.
We are having a two week break from classes for summer then back at it on 15th July.
I have been working behind the scenes trying to get a venue for face to face classes but unfortunately because of all the new COVID regulations this is taking longer than I had hoped. Therefore, we will be continuing with online classes for the moment, fingers crossed things get approved soon🤞🏼

Hello to all our new followers!
Currently I only have online classes but I am in discussion with some gym spaces within Bucksburn and Kingswells with plans to get some face to face group sessions up and running soon!
If you would be interested in face to face classes please like this post so I know roughly how much interest there is! And if you would like to comment or message me with what day/time you would like to see available that would be great!
Also if anyone has any ideas of places that may have space for hire in the area that would be great, open to all suggestions!

Hello everyone happy Thursday!
Since starting my classes I’ve noticed my Thursday evening class has been more popular than my Monday evening.
Therefore, I was wondering if I should maybe change my Monday class to a weekend class. Please like this post with a thumbs up ‘👍🏼’ if you would like me to keep Monday night classes or like with a ‘❤️’ if you would prefer a weekend class!

I have teamed up with The Scottish Modern Pentathlon Team and will be starting up an advanced Pilates class to help the athletes develop better core strength and reduce the risk of injuries.
As the classes will be over zoom video call I will be offering this class out to anyone that would like to join. The classes will be at an advanced level, therefore a prior experience of Pilates is advised. The classes will be 30 minutes long as they will be more intense than my one hour Monday and Thursday classes which are directed at beginners and intermediate levels.
The advanced class will run every Wednesday from 6-6.30pm and cost £3. Booking is now open through my website linked in bio.
