Here's a fond look back on Barn Sale Trail Historic 49's September 2023 event. There are so many wonderful highlights to reflect on, as shared in The Windfall's October 6th edition, in this "Farm Girl" column. Worthy of mention is that Lynell's Art Barn raised money for the Placerville Arts Association's Outreach Fund (Art for Youth and the Community) by selling six pieces of Lucia Rothgeb's artwork. And, at The Shed CA in Drytown, had buckets of "cow candy" for treasure seekers and adventurers to grab as they headed up the hill to feed Rosey and Cinnamon (Scottish Highland cows) who loved meeting all the guests that stopped by! Mark your calendar for Barn Sale Trail Historic 49 event, happening the 2nd weekend in September 2024 (dates/times to follow).
