Yesterday we covered how different distances affect the timing used in a technique. We played around with a few different types of footwork (taisabaki) to achieve our goals. Fun times!

Really fun training yesterday, good spirit! We covered omote and ura gyaku from a variety of different distances as well as some Ninpo Taijutsu: the feeling of being caught and then escaping.
