The PROG MILL is back yet again to finish off the weekend in proggy style this evening (Sunday) from 10pm UK on Progzilla Radio.
This week's album review from The Progressive Aspect sees Leo Trimming taking a listen to Inverted Reality by Red Bazar, and our fun quickfire quiz invites you to identify five Welsh progressive rock bands by just hearing a few seconds of each.
And the playlist might include music from this talented lot (though not necessarily in this order!): Pendragon, Peter Gabriel, Fluctus Quadratum, Big Big Train, Doug Woods & Colin Powell, Strawbs, For Absent Friends, Falling Edge, Dave Brons, Ruby Dawn, Pennies By The Pound, Red Bazar, Minimum Vital and a proggy moment from a mainstream band.
All that and more from 10pm UK tonight. That's 2200 UTC/GMT, 2300 CET, 2pm Pacific US and 5pm ET in the US.
You will find us at www.progzilla.com/listen or via Tune In, Radio Garden, Online Radio Box and other streaming radio apps, or on your smart speaker (for Alexa just say "Alexa - Play Radio Progzilla on Tune In")
And for the full interactive experience including the artwork for tonight's music, join us in the chatroom at www.progzilla.com/listen

Please have a listen to the first track I have written with Tim Hopper as D4-7R. Let us know what you think?
It's an 80s inspired dance song, plucked from the stars it brings light to the darkness. If you like it, share it

My first single is Days to Erase
Days to Erase is an apology to loved ones for the times when someone loses their temper, and often focuses their anger on the people closest to them.
This was my Dad’s favourite song he called the ‘bullet’ before he passed away and we played it at his funeral. So for me it has added sentimental value

My most recent single is Reality’s Dream
Reality’s Dream is a cynical take on a lot of the current reality TV. The lyrics come from two view points, that of the person involved in the ‘love story’ and that of the viewer commenting on the love story unfolding in front of them.
