Excellent time up in Orkney for the Beach Race weekend.

Went 1,1,1 on Saturday at the motocross for first overall at Heddle Hill. Loved the track

Sunday was the 1hr beach race. Started well and pulled a lead but on lap 3 the bike started to miss and splutter so nursed it round for unscheduled pit stop. We changed the spark plug and fortunately this worked, but I was now over 2minutes down on the leader and now doing two pit stops instead of the planned one. I pushed hard for the remaining 5 laps and got back into the lead on the last lap. Really happy with my fitness, my last lap was only 3 seconds down on my fastest lap over the 1hr race. Credit to you .

Great day at Coupar Angus on the 85 today, loved it. Thanks for the amazing 📸

Well that is a wrap on the 65. Finished it off in style with a trip to Orkney, went 1, 1, 1, in the motocross on Saturday then won the beach race on the Sunday. The beach race was awesome fun over 45 mins, that much fun I went out in the 85's on my 65 straight after my race for 1 hour!! Actually finished that one second overall and 1st in the sw85's just wish I had brought my 85.

Good day at round 5 of the Scottish Nationals. Qualified 2nd, race 1 had a crash in the second corner and was down for quite some time, managed to push back to 8th from dead last. Race 2 ran 3rd for a few laps then made a small mistake and ended 5th. Race 3 solid 4th. Overall 5th. A little bashed and bruised but know the Speed is there just need a little luck on my side.

Super Sam truimphs at Rhynie! 2022 ScotMX SACU Scottish Motocross Championship Round 3 - Race Report & Results - Dirt Hub Rhynie was the perfect track to follow on from round 3 of the 2022 ScotMX SACU Scottish Motocross Championship. Similar to Duns, it gave the riders another chance to build on their season. As well as all the usual suspects in each class, there was a mouth-watering lineup in MX1 / MX2 which included....

Awesome weekend round 4 of the Scottish Nationals at Rhynie. Definitely starting to feel like myself again. Race 1 solid 4th, Race 2 5th, Race 3 4th and race 4 6th after a fall in the deep ruts cost me a good few positions and a chance at the podium. Finished 5th overall with only a few points between 3rd and 5th. Thanks to all that help me

Caught 2 Rainbows on the fly tonight. Managed it all by myself, cast, hook, net & released. ❤❤ 🎣 🎣

Round 2 of Scottish Nationals did not go to plan!! Started with a reasonable qualifying in 4th place. Race 1, pushing through the pack on the first lap and got up to 3rd before I had a big crash on the downhill table top, I was lucky to just be bashed and bruised but once I got my breath back I wanted to re join the race but the bike was completely wrecked and unrideable 🙈🙈 so DNF!! Big thanks to , , Dad, and for getting the bike back to a rideable state for the next race. Race 2, 7th and race 3, 7th. Did not feel my self, understandably, after such a crash but glad I got back out there. The last race was on Sunday and I was feeling a little better but still a bit stiff and sore, managed a 4th. Overall 9th for the weekend with a DNF. Things will only get better and they will. Cannot wait for Duns.

Great weekend at round 1. Really technical, tough track but loved it. Was great to be mixing it up with the fastest kids in the UK. Full gates with 40 riders.Qualified 16th, race 1 15th after hitting the gate 🙈. Race 2 over the bars on the 2nd lap and was stuck under the bike for over a minute but pushed back to 23rd. Race 3 18th, and Race 4, was going well and pushing through the pack on lap 3 until I got t b***d in the second last corner, pushed over the berm and bike wedged in the fence for ages. Managed to get back to 29th. Ended the weekend 22nd overall, speed was there for a top 15 and want to target a top 10 at the next one. All in all I learnt loads and it was a great experience.
P.S. Dad was that excited he did not manage to get any pictures of me actually riding 🤣🙈. They will follow from the photographer hopefully !!

Solid start to the season at a brutal Tain track for the first round of the Scottish Nationals. Went 4th, 4th, 5th, 4th for 4th overall. Good base to start the season. Onwards and upwards 👍👍
