Yoga today, 5:00, Friday, 11 am, New Salem Methodist. Our last Friday class with Jerry and Jim accompanying at the park was wonderful. Namaste.

Look at the 3rd one. I will be teaching yoga this Friday at the Interpretive Center, Cloudland Canyon. Jerry Wallace will be accompanying me with live music. Join us!

On Friday, October 20, we will have yoga at the Cloudland Canyon State Park Interpretive Center with live music with Jerry Wallace. Outside or inside depending on the weather.

It is said that before entering the sea
a river trembles with fear.

She looks back at the path she has traveled,
from the peaks of the mountains,
the long winding road crossing forests and villages.

And in front of her,
she sees an ocean so vast,
that to enter
there seems nothing more than to disappear forever.

But there is no other way.
The river can not go back.

Nobody can go back.
To go back is impossible in existence.

The river needs to take the risk
of entering the ocean
because only then will fear disappear,
because that’s where the river will know
it’s not about disappearing into the ocean,
but of becoming the ocean.

Don’t forget! Yoga with live music at the Cloudland Canyon State Park Interpretive Center this Friday, Dec. 16, 11:00 am. Regular yoga class at New Salem Methodist, tomorrow, Wed., at 5:00. Sr. Yoga at the library with Mireille tomorrow at 11:00 am. Namaste.

I am subbing for Mireille’s Sr. Yoga class at the Ada de Library today at 11. It is chair or mat yoga. Namaste.

Tomorrow, Wednesday, at the Dade Co. Library, Mireille Whitenoir will be teaching a gentle yoga class at 11 am. She is a certified yoga instructor who attends my classes and has subbed for me. I will be there and hope many of you will be.

No yoga today. Was up with allergy/breathing issues, took night time allergy med., still groggy, but I can breathe now. Next week, Tuesday, May 3, 5:30, Dade family Connections, at Trenton Methodist Church I will be teaching a very beginner Mother’s Day class for moms and kiddos. All of you are invited, kids with you or not! Then our regular Wednesday and Friday classes.
