It has new plumbing, electrical, and HVAC as well. We installed a new roof and double hung vinyl replacement windows throughout.

This is a project we just completed in Portland. The owners were ready to sell and hired us for their renovations. We removed the carpet and pad throughout the house. Installed new vinyl plank flooring and shoe mold. We painted the entire interior of the house, replaced two doors, installed a tile backsplash in the kitchen, and built a handrail on the back patio. We pressure washed the exterior of the house, porch, and sidewalk as the finishing touches. Turned out great!
