About Us

Parkend Developments is an independent developer that prides itself on building high quality, bespoke homes within the Stroud District. The Directors have over 30 years’ experience within the construction industry, enabling wide-ranging solutions to be offered to each individual design and build project.

Parkend works closely with a longstanding team of consultants to respond to a site’s existing and natural features, designing developments that are highly sensitive to their situation and the local vernacular. Working with its sister company, Aqua Construction, and a proven supply chain of key supplier and sub-contractor partners, high-quality homes are then expertly delivered in beautifully landscaped places.

With a highly qualified team and established procedures and systems, Parkend’s expertise and control of the build process drives a ‘right first time’ culture. As part of this, Parkend and its partners hold certifications and memberships of many organisations and schemes to drive the pursuit of best practice when delivering built environments, such as The Chartered Institute of Building, Premier Guarantee, Constructionline, SSIP and ISO 14001.
