Yo East side are you ready? No seriously are you ready thou! We know how much the East side love Caribbean food which is why we are working in collaboration with Nur Restaurant Palm Bay Resort to bring you that cool vibes, big flavours, Caribbean experience on the 16th of September.

So get ready to mash it up, drink some rum and buss some shapes. (I wanna see that butterfly, that boggle) 🤣
People It’s going to be another banger with more flavours, more reggae music and more love. We are going in, so come flex with us, ‘yam’ some good Jamaican food and feel the vibe’s. You know it makes sense!

Hello beautiful people, the True Flavours family is calling out to all jerk and reggae lovers as we welcome you to our jerk it up, cool vibes night at Sammy’s Hotel in Girne on the 12th of August. The only spot on the island that will give you true jerk flavours, conscious reggae music and a real chilled island vibe.

So come jam with us and get your twerk on, treat your tastebuds to some explosive Caribbean flavours or even swim up to the bar for some rum punch.

This week we are introducing Ackee and Saltfish to the menu as requested, there is a limited amount so get your order in asap! aswell as the favourite Curry Goat. Hello beautiful people! hope everyone enjoyed the festivities and bank holidays I know we have, and we are ready and excited to get back to work in a big way. Due to popular demand we have decided to dedicate one day a week to delivering to the East side up to Tatlisu. I mean how could we not 😅 This will begin Saturday the 13th then every Saturday moving forward as long as the demand is there and orders keep flying in. We are happy to deliver to various places along the route so for example if you live in Karakum, ozanköy, Catalkoy, Karaagac, Esentepe, and Bahceli then Saturday is the day to put your feet up and get your eat on!
So please get your orders in for Saturday the 13th of May, pick up points and times will come following the amount of orders.
Friday will be the usual pick up points from Karsiyaka to Alsancak .
