Holding a plank is a great way to develop the strength in your core as well as other stabilising muscles. However a plank with poor technique can not only be ineffective. It can also cause aches and pains in places that it shouldnβt.

We love the short and sharp tips that Emma Sills puts out there to help people. Here are some of her favourite fat burning moves. We recommend trying out 20 secs of each one with as much rest as you need in between. If you feel good then go again. If you feel amazing then why not aim for 30 secs of each. (IF IN DOUBT ALWAYS GIVE US A SHOUT)
