I accidentally left my brand new uranium glass salt and pepper shakers in the box I put in the fire pit and they were toastafied. After reading my post, A super nice Lady Named Barbara gifted me a whole box of Uranium glass and a set of salt and pepper shakers. So I am mailing her the postage she paid and I have been working on a Ruby necklace that I am finishing tomarrow and mailing to her. I hope she likes it!

Part 2 of Amethyst necklace. So, setting is finished and stone is carefully placed in the setting then secured with magic tools! Lol. Done.

Part 1 of an Amethyst necklace for Brad, he’s gonna give it to his wife for Christmas! 😄. So, first I cut a bunch of raw Amethyst up to find a good piece, then put them on dob sticks and started cabbing them down from 80 grit to 8,000 grit. One of them turned out really nice so I am gonna set that one. Now I cut out the shape from a sheet of .999 silver, then cut out the cab holder and weld it together with pure silver. Then weld the setting on the holder with pure silver. Then spend the next 2 days filing it down. Part 2 is setting the stone 👍😜

Finally finished the first load of necklaces from my broken uranium glass lid.

I managed to get 3 silver settings welded together today, tomarrow I will set the Iraniangkass into them!

Time to see what else I can make out of my broken Uranium glass lid. I will post pictures of pieces as I finish them this week 👍

Finished my first piece of Uranium jewelry, I love the way it turned out. As you can see on the back, the high levels of radiation have caused the metal to bubble already 🤭😉. (I dropped some liquid silver balls on the back and polished them down to look like bubbles 😜).
My next piece I plan to cut out a nuclear bomb cloud in the back!!!

Sliced off a piece of my 310 karat Ruby, worked that slice into a Cabochon, made a setting for it and walla!

Made a mossy agate necklace today. I saw a tree deep in the raw mossy agate stone. So I Cut the mossy agate where the tree was. then worked it to shape, then shaped it some more, then shaped it like a lot more, then polished it and polished it and polished it. Then cut out a piece of silver, shaped it, wrapped a silver ring around it, soldered it, pickled it, cut out a hole in the back, set the stone m, added a jump ring, polished the shot out of it and done. I like to consider my work very much like the Shire…. Unique,eclectic, never perfect and full of magic and wonder…..To much info?

I cut some pieces off my giant Ruby today and made some ear rings for Joy. (About 3 karats each) She is wearing allot of red this year.
