ہنزہ:دنیا میں کچھ لوگ ایسے بھی ہوتے ہیں جو اپنی زندگی اپنی زمہ داریوں سے بڑھ کر انسانیت کی خدمت میں صرف کرتے ہیں، ایسے لوگ کسی بھی معاشرے میں بہت ہی کم ملتیں ہیں اور وہی لوگ اس معاشرے کا ایک خوبصورت چہرہ ہوتے ہیں، ان کے یہی اعمال کی وجہ سے ان کی دنیاوی و اخروی زندگی دونوں خوشحال ہوتے ہیں اور ان آنے والی نسلوں کو بھی اس کا اجر ملتا ہے.
ہمارا بھائی طالب حسین جو کہ آئسولیشن سنٹر میں اپنی سروسز دے رہا ہے، جو اپنی ڈیوٹی عبادت سمجھ کر سر انجام دے رہا ہے اور اپنے کام کے ساتھ مخلص ہےاور آج تک جب سے کرونا وائرس کی وباء علاقے میں آیا ہے تب سے لوگوں کے لئے ایک مثال بنا ہوا ہے، اللّہ اس کا آجر دین و دنیا میں عطا کرے.
ان کی سروسز کے مد نظر اس کے سینرز بھی اپنے اس بھائی (سٹاف) سے بہت خوش ہیں اور ان کی حوصلہ افزائی کر رہے ہیں.

In view of the boisterous and cravenly acts against the doctors by the goons , especially the current wave of terrorism at PHQ GILGIT, YDA HUNZA has staged a brief protest to provide security to the doctors and hospital staff at hospitals. Failing to comply by the demands and occurence of a similar incident at any hospital will leave the doctors and staff to utilize the rational prerogatives decided by the central YDA. The security trepidation should be resolved as it would only be poignant to the patients. The escalating resentment in the doctors community should be addressed in conformity to the demands of YDA so that the scourge of despondency in the doctors community find a respite in COVID beleaguered span of time.

The exemplary airiness of the various society sections to aid the frontline health professionals is a prelude to be solicitous towards a corona free Hunza. The determination of Awami Workers Party to invigorate the health system in this time of tribulation creates a probity of escaping a cataclysm and pruning the healthy precincts of Hunza. YDA Hunza thanks AWP for the spirit and pledges to work conscientiously.
YDA Hunza is also thankful to the press representatives of Hunza for their tireless efforts to educate people through various mediums and highlighting the issues in the mainstream.

YDA Hunza appreciates the efforts of YDA GB , its President Dr Ejaz Ayub and very specially Mr. Moin ullah Baig for incurring the duty to help the debilitated system of health in GB. In an episode of the activity , number of protective kits were donated , received by YDA Hunza and shall be disbursed in complete equity to all health care centres in Hunza. The indomitable determination of YDA , the conation of affluent individuals like Mr. Moin ullah Baig will help the front line health care workers to tackle the perilous virus .

A productive meeting of YDA Hunza with DC Hunza was held in the slow hours of 02-05-2020. The important points of the discourse are
1. Mitigating and eliminating the cases in hunza through strict entry/exit points regulation. In this regard a clear policy was finalised for the patients of other districts visiting various hospitals at hunza.
2. Increasing the quarantining capacity as a swift move to quarantine the contacts of the already positive cases broadly and a preparedness move for any unforeseen situation.
3. Preparing an isolation center with more capacity to avoid any saturation of positive cases at CH Karimabad .
4. More than 220 samples from hunza stretching back to 27th april are result awaited. This attitude of the testing authorities to ignore samples from hunza is reprehensible. DC hunza was requested to direct provincial authorities to speed up testing for hunza as the spread is in the beginning at hunza.
5. Some quarantined person from upper hunza were languishing at a quarantine center with no sustenance supply from the administration. YDA demanded to reprimand the responsible persons for the negligence and to direct them for proper care at upper hunza quarantine centers.
DC Hunza addressed each point in detail and guaranteed full cooperation.

Consequent upon the confirmed covid 19 case intimation by the lab, YDA HUNZA in larger public interest and in conformity of the situation prescribes following suggestions and their implementation .
1. Sampling of all the health staff of civil hospital Aliabad and Civil hospital Gulmit.
2. Shut down of the above mentioned hospitals until the lab results are received.
3. Strictness in lockdown policy to break the chain at its earliest.
4. Implementation of triage at all health facilities .
5. Strictness at district entry points to curb inflow of positive cases.
6. The hospital staff, now a tool of transmission should be provided PPEs upon resumption of duties.
7. The district Hunza should be announced a high risk area with protocols upgraded and revised for PPEs usage and a healthy stock to be kept to tackle any turmoil.
8. All the hospital staff will observe self quarantine until the results are received

Double standards

YDA HUNZA strongly condemns the dereliction of the health and general administration in providing the doctors with PPEs and incentives pledged by the government to the doctors on quarterly basis . It is ignominious for the authorities to be frivolous against the legal demands to fight COVID-19.
It is time to fight the pandemic so the connived issues of doctors and paramedics should be cogitated and solved by the responsible incumbents.
This remains a demand not to disparage somebody but to fight the pandemic collectively, safely and bulwarking the rights of doctors and paramedics.
