We made this open face mushroom toastie by from their Happy Heart Course for dinner last night.

DASH stir-fry
Looking to lower cholesterol and blood pressure? Try this simple stir fry
12 Oz broccoli florets
1 red onion
1 red pepper
1 cup snap peas
1 block tofu crumbled
Sauce
1/2 cup vegetable broth
2 tbs low sodium tamari
2 tsp sesame oil
5 cloves garlic
2 tsp maple syrup
Pepper to taste
2 tsp arrowroot powder
Add broccoli, red pepper, and onion to hot pan.
Fry in a dry pan. Use vegetable broth sparingly to clean pan and continue to fry. 6-8 minutes
Add snap peas, tofu, and sauce. Fry two more minutes.
Put on top of brown rice. Top with 1 tbs sesame seeds.
