Used autogenous bone, xenograft and PRF. Approx 70:30 bone ratio

Patient was seen for implant removal 9 weeks ago using neobiotech kit.
The defect was sizeable buccal and palatal it the bone peaks remained on adjacent teeth.
I used allograft / autogenous and xenograft mix with an Ossix plus membrane secured with periosteal sutures. Autogenous was taken from the ANS.

Pre-implant ridge augmentation. The patient suffered abscesses which damaged her bone.
Buccal and lingual flaps were raised and carefully mobilised. The mental nerve identified and protected.
Granulation tissue removed with EK Degran burs, serrated curettes and saline.
Human / animal bone with Ossix membrane held with periosteal sutures.
