One of my all time favourites.
Comes with 6pcs of fried chicken and cheese momos. A good portion of noodles, few blanched veggies, a little bowl of Manchurian gravy, one mint dip and one chilli dip. Good for 2 persons.. costed 438 INR along with a glass of cold drink.

Prawns and fish cakes in chilli garlic sauce 😋
Prepare a mix with chopped prawns, boiled fish, chopped onion, capsicum, garlic and chillies, add mashed potatoes. Season them and fry like dumplings. Then take any chilli garlic sauce of your choice and toss them 🤤
Sweet potato gnocchi ❤️ full of complex carbohydrates.. with sauteed mushrooms, onion and bell peppers.. a healthy dish that you may try while dieting.
A low fat chicken tikka stir fry for your dieting days.. a meal full of protein and tastes delicious at the same time.
Marinate chicken cubes with hung curd, garam masala, kasoori methi, cumin n coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt n pepper powder.. add little ginger garlic paste, u may add a tspn of mustard oil for the amazing flavour. Leave overnight or atleast an hour in refrigerator.
Now on a hot tawa pour the marinated chicken along with some slices of onion, capsicum n tomato. Let it cook for 5-6 mins till chicken are done.. now sprinkle little 🍋 juice and enjoy😋

Murgh afghani tikka & jahangiri kebab ❤️ from .. this jahangiri kebab is one of my current favourites 😋 soft chicken pieces, batter fried and then coated with cheesy mix of capsicum and chillies.
Homemade masala kulcha at its best❤️ paired with chicken tikka masala and Reshmi masala😋
Prepare a Yeast ferment and make a soft dough with it. And let it rest.
Prepare a masala for stuffing with the vegetables of your choice, saute onion, garlic n Ginger.. then add the chopped Vegetables in like carrots, cauliflower, cabbage, beans and capsicum. Add spices like coriander powder, cumin powder, chilli powder, black pepper powder, tomato ketchup and chopped fresh cilantro.add mashed boiled potatoes, season with salt, Finish with garam masala and kasuri methi.
stuff the dough with the prepared masala n roll out like a paratha.. apply little oil, grated carrots, onion seeds and chopped coriander leaves and press then lightly.
Take a pan, now apply a lot of water at the back side of the paratha and place on pan, after 2-3 mins tilt ta pan up side down nd hold it above the fire for another 1-2 min, untill the kulcha is cooked.. then take it out and brush with butter.
