Diet-related conditions
Many diet-related health conditions can negatively impact your s*x life, as well as your overall health and quality of life. Take steps to prevent and treat diet-related conditions, such as obesity, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol.

Excess weight
Obesity has been linked to lower fertility. Being overweight or obese may also damage your self-esteem, which can affect your libido and desire to be intimate.

To lose excess weight, burn more calories than you consume. Eat healthy portion sizes and limit foods that are high in fat and added sugars. Getting regular exercise is also important.

High blood pressure
Eating too much sodium can increase your blood pressure and limit your blood flow. This can lead to erectile dysfunction in men and reduce blood flow to the va**na in women. Certain blood pressure medications can also cause undesired s*xual side effects.

To help maintain healthy blood pressure, follow a well-balanced diet, don’t eat too much sodium, and include potassium-rich foods daily. If you think you’re experiencing negative side effects from blood pressure medication, talk to your doctor. An alternative medication may be available.

High cholesterol
A diet high in saturated or trans fats can increase your “bad” LDL cholesterol. Too much LDL cholesterol can lead to a buildup of plaque in your arteries, which can limit blood flow and contribute to atherosclerosis. Atherosclerosis is the underlying cause of most heart disease. It can also contribute to erectile dysfunction.

To help maintain healthy blood cholesterol levels, eat a well-balanced diet that’s rich in fiber and low in saturated and trans fats. Include foods that are rich in omega-3 fatty acids.

Plan Your Meals:

Plan your meals ahead of time to make healthier choices and avoid relying on convenience foods.
Limit Salt Intake:

Reduce your salt intake by using herbs and spices to flavor your food instead of relying on excessive salt.

You don’t often see meat that’s not fish included in a list of healthy foods. However, when looking at the research, there’s no denying that grass-fed beef in small quantities contains some surprising health benefits.

A lean cut of beef contains high levels of iron and vitamin B12 which can help prevent anemia. It’s also loaded with an antioxidant called Coenzyme Q10 that protects cells, membranes, and DNA from damage by free radicals which are unstable atoms in your body.

For many years, it was known that red meat contained high saturated fat content that could add to heart and health issues. That changed when recent studies showed that lean cuts could be as healthy for you as white meat.

When most people think of healthy vegetables, they inherently focus on green produce (broccoli, spinach, kale, green beans, etc.). However, it is important to incorporate a variety of colored fruits and vegetables for a balanced diet. One category that is often forgotten is white produce such as onions, garlic, and cauliflower.

Generally, cauliflower is mistaken as a vegetable lacking in nutrients due to its white coloring and slightly bland flavor. However, these attributes don’t appropriately reflect its true powers as a superfood. Cauliflower is high in vitamin C and a good source of folate. For reference, folate is a B-vitamin that your body needs to make DNA, other genetic material, and cell division.

Additionally, cauliflower is:

Fat-Free
Cholesterol Free
Low in Sodium
25 Calories Per Head
Similarly, onions and garlic are often considered additions to meals or components to enhance flavor. While they do a great job for that, they also contain compounds like allicin and quercetin which may help protect against certain types of cancer. This is an attribute cauliflower also possesses.

Eat a combination of different foods, including fruit, vegetables, legumes, nuts and whole grains. Adults should eat at least five portions (400g) of fruit and vegetables per day. You can improve your intake of fruits and vegetables by always including veggies in your meal; eating fresh fruit and vegetables as snacks; eating a variety of fruits and vegetables; and eating them in season. By eating healthy, you will reduce your risk of malnutrition and noncommunicable diseases (NCDs) such as diabetes, heart disease, stroke and cancer.

What is a government supposed to do for its people? To improve the standard of living, to help them get jobs, get kids to schools, and have access to medicine and hospitals. Government may not directly provide these public goods and services, but government must be accountable for whether or not they are delivered to citizens. In regards to core training, I try to incorporate the medicine ball whenever possible. As a baseball player, there is a lot of twisting and turning that I will do. Keeping my abs strong is as important as anything else.

The first step to prescribing the right medicine is to recognize the cause of the illness. And, when it comes to what is ailing the global economy, extreme monetary easing has been more cause than cure. The sooner we recognize that, the stronger and more sustainable the global economic recovery will be. That first snowdrop, the flowering of the rose you pruned, a lettuce you grew from seed, the robin singing just for you. These are smallholdings but all positive, all healing in a way that medicine tries to mimic.

I was not a person who you would find on social media traditionally, but when I was introduced to Instagram, I saw it as a way to show other medical students on their journey that you don't have to give up your life to study medicine. The stigma that you can't have a life in medical school was a fallacy, and I was the living proof of that. A well chosen anthology is a complete dispensary of medicine for the more common mental disorders, and may be used as much for prevention as cure.

I think people align themselves with my way of thinking when they're talking to me. They try to create new avenues for me to pursue, so if you want to be a doctor and you have interest in human rights and philanthropy and social equality of medicine and disease, why don't you think about being surgeon general? If we work so hard and put all the money in the hospital to buy medicine - it will be a disaster. Why we should work? So without a healthy environment of this Earth, no matter how much money you make, no matter how wonderful you are, you have a bad disaster.
