Pruning time for the Rose Garden at Queen's Hall means plenty of fresh rose petals ready and willing to be transformed into Rose Petal Jam. Another new addition to the Queen's Hall range and available this coming Saturday at Ely Market!

We are thrilled to be introducing a lovely new product, Elderberry Jam, also made from local produce. Wonderful with toast or fresh bread, but also great when slathered on a beautifully crisp meringue, with a generous dollop of cream. Enjoy.

A very Happy Christmas from Queen's Hall Finest Chutney.

The princely quince! Such an exquisite scent and flavour. Surely the centrepiece of many a cheeseboard.
This beautiful fruit, grown in Ely, is wonderful when sliced and served with cheese. Alternatively, add a little chunk to some lamb or pork gravy, to provide a fruity addition to your Sunday roasts.

Just been out and about in Ely to check on the blossom progress this year. Everything looks wonderful!
