Reading and Conversation with Parnaz Foroutan

On Wednesday, 2/10 at 4:00pm, there's a great event going on in the William Rolland Gallery, called "Reading and Conversation with Parnaz Foroutan". Parnaz Foroutan is the author of The Girl from the Garden, a novel inspired by her family history, telling the story of a crisis of inheritance that leads to the downfall of a wealthy family of Persian Jews in early 20th-century Iran.

The event is free and all are welcome!

Welcome to the CLU Religion Department page!

Our religion program challenges students to engage in the academic study of religion and to explore the religious questions that people have asked throughout history, such as the existence and nature of God, the meaning of life, how we should live, and what awaits us after death.

While the primary focus of the religion curriculum is the Christian tradition, courses are also offered in the other major religious traditions of the world, as well as in biblical languages.
