Made Ashes for today✝️ Ash Wednesday is the kick off for the Lent Season, a time of sacrifice. Prayer, fasting and giving .Basically Christian’s replicate Jesus Christ’s sacrifice and withdrawal into the dessert for 40 days! We will never be able to do enough to thank God and Jesus for their love and sacrifice, however some religious customs show acknowledgement and respect for the love and sacrifice made for us by our Father in Heaven, no matter what your choice of worship , honoring God and doing gestures in remembrance of Him is always a good thing I think ❤️✝️🙏 , Dar.

God looks down from heaven on the sons of men to see if there are any who understand, any who seek God.

You ever use the term, they just don’t get me. This verse reminds me of just that. God saying, well, does anyone down there understand me? Do they even look for me? God wants a relationship with us, not just a quick shout out or the panic prayers when we are in need . He wants a full blown relationship that works both ways . Today take a moment and just talk to God let Him know that you are interested in Him as your Father and not just a provider. It is Christmas the day our Lord Jesus is born! The greatest gift we could ever receive. While we unraveled Christmas packages and consuming egg nog, filling our stomachs with cookies and turkey, Mary the mother of our Savior was unraveling swaddling clothes, consuming the love of a newborn child and filling her heart with gratitude, the gratitude of being chosen by God to be part of history, a miracle and proof of the existence that God loves all of us so much to bring this day to fruition, May we never forget the reason for the season and that is not the birth of a child , but the birth of a relationship that God wanted with each of us , one that would last through out life and eternity ✝️ Dar Christ Hears All Things @ Facebook

It is the night before Christmas and Mary the mother of Christ awaits the birth of not only her son but the savior of the world. She had to be excited and afraid. Knowing that God has a direct purpose for your child but fearing at what price, nevertheless she stood of faith and not fear. The unknown was not to be feared but to be welcomed as another avenue to see the mighty hand of God working in the world. God had a plan and Mary was grateful and humbled to be a part of it. May we all be grateful like Mary knowing that whatever God calls us to do in this world, God will be with us, for He will never forsake us or leave us. It is Christmas Eve , Mary and Joseph find lodging in a barn. Yep , a barn with animals . The savior of the world is to be born in a place where animals lay. I believe it is because God wanted us to know that it doesn’t matter where you are born, who you’re surrounded by where your life begins when God is with you all things are possible. Mary and Joseph didn’t see a manager that night in the barn, they saw victory a place of shelter and a place to lay their child that God had provided. Where are you in your life, don’t let your surroundings dictate your journey or your path. Know that God can use a manger to be your map to success and victory! When you are focus on God that challenge becomes clarity, your test becomes triumph. To God be the glory ✝️Dar Christ Hears All Things

Mary and Joseph went to many locations for shelter, yet no one claim to have room. If it were me I probably would have said, I am carrying the son of God you gotta give me a room. Yet, humble Mary said nothing. I believe she knew that God had a plan and she neither question, complain or tried to alter it. God has a plan for all of us though you may not see it or understand know that it will work out for everyone involved. Today trust God be like Mary live by faith and not by sight and know that in the end everything will be alright. God bless. Dar Christ Hears All Things .

Sometimes our journey seems long and overwhelming in this world. Mary and Joseph knew that feeling, however they also knew God was with them every step of the way. You hang in there this year has been a long journey for many, but you remember God is with you also. Maybe there is no shining star above assuring you of that, or directing your path, however there is the word and promises of God that He will never forsake you nor leave you. Give someone the greatest gift ever , give them your time and love♥️ make their Christmas merry!

I use to go to the store for a elderly lady when I was 11 years old. Some days it was cold out but she asked me to help her. I had to travel a couple miles to get to the Reads drug store to get her medicine. I knew that if I didn’t get her medicine she would die, at least that’s what I believed . I felt like I was saving her. I look at this picture and think how many times did Mary say, I have to deliver the medicine (Jesus Christ), the cure for what ails God ‘s people. Even though I have to travel many miles it must be done. The sacrifice was in Jesus blood, it started in Mary and ended in the cross.
