I didn’t want to do this but today I have had 2 no shows without even a message and 1 last minute cancellation 20 minutes before the appointment was due. I have been begged to pick days up to accommodate appointments for people even tho having a 4 month old and 2 year at home and people don’t even bother to message they can’t come to their appointment.

Moving forward from this deposits will be taken for every appointment or simple no booking is secure. I am sorry to do this to my clients who always turn up! But to sit in the salon for hours when my children are at home it’s just so upsetting!

On a positive note thank you to my clients who continue to come back to me after a few months off to have baby Luca!
