Its been a little quiet around here as I've decided to take a short break from creating.

This year I transitioned back to full time work which is a big change for both myself and my family, so I'm taking some time to find our rhythm and settle into our new routine.

In the meantime, I'm still dreaming up new deisgns, purchasing new cutters and findings and getting ready to create again when things settle down.

In the clay world there has been a massive shortage of white - as in NONE to be seen for months and months on end - but I finally managed to grab some big blocks this week and im over the moon. Soon I'll be able to make pastels and muted shades to my hearts content without worrying about running out.
I thought the covid toilet paper shortage was bad - this was been worse! haha

I have to admit I felt a little sad when I found these while browsing Etsy today. They are from a wholesale company in China and are BULK produced.

I'd like to take this opportunity to state that all of my clay pieces are made 100% by my own hands and NEVER included any imported pieces.

Please remember to support handmade artists and not bulk produced just because its cheaper (and lesser quality)

Monette has some very lucky friends! She is one of our beautiful customers who has been making and sending gift boxes to her lucky friends during lockdown and we are thrilled to help out! She even makes up the gorgeous dried floral arrangements herself - how clever is she! 🌹
