Fashion is self-expression (culture, time, color theory shape, and location). For some people, that changes everyday, for others it doesn't. We've helped people find their groove in self-expression through clothing!

Being a Black entrepreneur even/especially now is very difficult no matter how educated you are. So when Brad Henry offered me the opportunity to participate in an outside COVID-compliant PRIDE event at 400 Square(400 W. Rich). I Squealed.

Here are 3 looks from the main show that featured 3 distinct personalities. This team is accurately styled to what they would actually wear. I listen, then add creativity. One model even purchased her clothes! A HUGE thank you to Flower Child Vintage for supplying these looks!

FCV is today. Out of the Closet looks are tomorrow. Then a day each of the journeys of the individual members of my team, since their personalities are so different.

The owner of Shelby Original. I am a Fashion Stylist that works with feminine entities to rediscover LOVE for themselves. For them to realize that a lot of those negative feelings come from marketing. It comes from the use of vanity sizing, and every brand using different fit model aspects(this creates the white noise of one be 4 sizes at the same time).

I coach my client to realize that "used" doesn't mean dirty or ugly, formally used clothing is more made of better materials, costs less, saves the earth, helps you get to know your body better and you can cost-effectively tailor garment from a C- to an A+. Instead of settling.

If you're in the Columbus, OH area, I am looking for women all individual body shapes that want to learn more about their bodies and sustainable (thrift, vintage, brands) methods of fashion. Come and model for Shelby Original in a show on 06/20/20! This Saturday.

I will meet with you for free, teach you, style you, and pay for clothing AND accessories.

Sessions will be 90 minutes long to prep for Saturday and will be held on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in prep for the show.

The event begins at 4 PM, but you would have to arrive by 6 PM to model. The show will end around 9:30 PM.

This event is a celebration of the LGBTQ community, black entrepreneurs, and empowerment.

If you are interested in participating, please send a full body picture and a short aspect of fashion/shopping that is frustrating.

My main goal in my profession is to help with the white noise of sizing and have every person realize that they are beautiful. Period.

Hello my Originals! Here is the full transformation of Tabitha. A gorgeous, 5'2", petite Pyramid or Triangle (hips come out farther than her shoulders).

She is curvy so it is difficult to find pants that fit comfortably while honoring her shape.

All the new pieces of her wardrobe sync with each other and she has all the knowledge she needs to shop on her own in the future.
