On January 26, 2023, at approximately 9:26 p.m., the pictured individual burglarized the Guardian Christian Academy. The Newton County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance with identifying this individual. Please notice his shoes, possible hand tattoo, and what appears to be a scar/tattoo near his eye.

Due to the tornado damage taken to our building, we will be closed through this week and hopefully open again starting next weekend.

We still have our donation bins out from for drop offs.

Just asking….help or share…

A lot of you know, I’ve been teaching at a small Christian school in a small rural town in Georgia. Every year we have a tendency to run low on supplies and the teachers for the most part spend their own money to keep the school going.

Most of our students are on financial hardship scholarship. This was great for everyone all around as we had some very generous benefactors. Well, with Covid shutdowns and now inflation, we have lost most of this funding, but we never let it affect any student. We kept every student regardless of ability to pay.

This year I’ve decided to go public and ask for help. I have begun a small Amazon NEED list and would like to get it out there.

Many of us are suffering financially so I have no expectations…..if you can’t help just share…..if you need a donation receipt just ask.

If you want to hear about our students or school, just ask, they would love to tell their stories…..
