It’s important to share what’s pressing on your heart. BUT……
Equally as important is showing up as a “silent” listener. Participate in the conversation, but also take the time to truly hear what is being said. Don’t assume the dialogue or totally focus on yours. Show up and communicate. It’s a give and take.
