Teriyaki Ground Turkey is one of my favorite meals and the photos don’t do it justice! Start with your base (we use brown rice). Then add the delicious teriyaki ground Turkey. And finish it off with some vegetables.⁠

I love this exercise for my core. You might say, “well that’s not for your abs
” Precisely why it’s a necessary workout because not enough people realize that your lower back is a major part of your core. If you do not work to strengthen your lower back, and only work your abs, then you’re setting yourself up for easier injury of your lower back because of the muscle imbalance. And no one likes lower back pain!!
