I'm thinking alcoholic fudge is definitely needed after the crappy 18 months we've had! I'm thinking along the lines of Bailey's fudge, peppermint vodka fudge, chocolate kahlua fudge, amaretto raisin and almond fudge, lemon and gin fudge, spiced rum fudge...the list goes on (of course there will be some child friendly flavours too!)
