Break Time Tours and Travel

This is a really nice hotel. I stayed here for a weekend during the pandemic. They were enforcing all of the local COVID-19 protocols, and at that time, in-door activities required proof of vaccination. The hotel was clean. The staff was very nice, and also attentive. A service worker saw me on the elevator with my ice bucket. She asked was the one on my floor not working. I told her it wasn’t. She had someone go check it out, immediately. The bonuses about this hotel, for me, was that they have a restaurant on-site. And the rooms have balconies. There’s also a bar in the lobby. Valet parking is expensive ($59/day). It was an overall good experience.

Thinking about a trip to ‘Nawlins? I was...so I went! I stayed at the Astor Crowne Plaza Hotel, right at the intersection of Bourbon Street and Canal Street. The room was nice (I was on the top floor)! The amenities (pool, gym, restaurants, Concierge Service, etc.,) were better than I expected. The front desk staff was very welcoming.
