My name is Rachele and I’ve been a personal trainer for 26 years.
I lived in Italy most of my life, and while living there, I got certified as a personal trainer, nutritionist and group fitness instructor.
I don’t know what’s worse, looking bloated and puffy or actually feeling bloated and puffy. 😩
Ok so I’m down 11 lbs of bloat, inflammation and of course fat. 💪🏻

I will be 50 in September and yes I’m going through menopause
My hot flashes are nonexistent, my night sweats are 98% gone, my inflammation and joint pain are literally gone and my mood swings are a lot less.
Being a health coach and a personal trainer, I thought that just by eating healthy and working out I wouldn’t go through all the symptoms, boy was I wrong.
A few years ago I started to develop gut issues due to my menopause.
No matter what I ate or drank I was bloated and held onto fluids like crazy.
My sleep cycle sucked, my body was aching, and no matter what I did I could not lose weight.

So get out of the house, travel, walk, workout, go to the park, go to a gym, eat what provokes you(within reason of course) fix yourself, sleep better, put on clothes you like, be yourself, take care of yourself, love yourself, say no sometimes and do it EXCLUSIVELY for YOU!!
Children grow up and leave, husbands don’t always stay, work can easily replace you, the house will get dirty again, but your emotional health is also important and you may not get a second chance.✌🏼❤️

Who knows what this is? I’ll give you a guess, it’s homemade, it’s fermented, and it helps rebuild your gut.
This is taking forever to boil.
Just like trying to lose weight when you hit 40 and above.
It takes forever for us to lose weight and some of us don’t even lose the weight like we used to when we were in our 20s and 30s. 
The foods we used to eat when we were in our 20s and 30s do not get metabolized the same way when we are in our 40s and above.
Why is that? It’s because of our hormones. 
You see hormones regulate everything in your body.
EVERYTHING!!!
And when those start to decline or go out of whack, then everything starts to go out of whack in your body.
Your cholesterol goes up, your triglycerides, go up, your blood pressure goes up, your blood sugar levels, go up, your joints and muscles start to hurt, and you get more inflammation in your body, you are more tired, your drive goes down, your electrolytes are off-balance, anxiety, depression, sleepless nights, you may have gut issues all of a sudden and a ton of other s**t all starts happening at the same time.
And we think to ourselves “I didn’t have any of this six months ago, or even last year. “
All these things are influenced by our hormones.
So, even if we think we are eating healthy, some of the choices of the healthy foods that we are eating are actually contributing to our declining health.
Y’all know me, I am not going down without a fight, and fight I did.
I took extra courses and certifications and applied all of it to myself, and only after it started to work and stay consistent, I then put together a six month program to be able to incorporate this with my clients.

When you’re six months away from being 50 years old, and have all your gut issues resolved, hormones in check, joints feeling amazing, eating more food and cravings for crap in check, the weight just keeps melting off. ❤️❤️❤️😎😎💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

I better just stick to making pasta 🤣🤣🤣
This s**t was hard, these little fu***ng rice wraps, when wet, are slippery as f**k, and made it very hard for me to wrap them around the veggies and the shrimp. 
Note the carrots sticking out from the sides 🙄
