Each pound of Kona Extra Fancy Coffee has been sized for a more even roasting. These beans are MEDIUM ROAST for a smooth rich cup of coffee. Your coffee is always WHOLE BEAN so you get the freshest flavor.
Our coffee is Roasted at the time of our order and shipped via express shipping. Your getting the FRESHEST KONA on the East Coast.

Tips for the best cup of Kona:
WATER is the base of your coffee. Chlorinated water mutes the taste of coffee. Use well or spring water with a neutral taste for best results.
COFFEE I find that if you use slightly more coffee than you'd normally use, you get a very rich cup of coffee.
Also, invest in a burr type grinder. Blender type grinders develop heat in the coffee as it spins, that mutes the flavor of the coffee.
Lastly grind your Kona slightly finer than your usual grind to very fine. Again this provides a richer coffee experience.

For Special orders we have over 50 different coffee's from around the world to choose from. So if you have a special coffee you've been looking for, we can probably provide it for you. And we can provide each coffee in whole bean or ground, we strongly recommend whole bean.
Each coffee can be custom roasted to your desire of MEDIUM, DARK, EXPRESSO ROAST, OR GREEN BEANS.
