Sooooooo…. I know it is still blazing hot and may be a little too early for this. But Autumn is my favorite time of year and maybe the cuteness of this rearview mirror hanger will encourage to fall to get here already!!! Little Boo loves road trips and doesn’t get car sick, talk back or tell you how to drive!

I kind of Franensteined this from a couple of different patterns.

Nothing to see here… just some Postle Paul Possums hanging around! I made these to hang from a rear view mirror, but as you can see, they will hang out anywhere!

Meet Scrappy! This little pupper was another learning experience! But we survived it… barely. The pattern gave no instructions for assembly so he is a little wonky in places… but still ended up with the sweetest little face.

Latest project…. Let me tell ya, the importance of reading the directions all the way through and watching the tutorial videos that are included can not be stressed enough. Now I know… I am very pleased with how these turned out and look forward to making more someday. Not today though… 😂😂😂

Wanted to try something new… Litte dress for Ella… Not too shabby for my first attempt at clothing that isn’t for a goose… 😊

It’s been raining so much the yard goose needed a rain coat and the froggie needed a dry place to snuggle in! Thanks to comments from my daughter’s students who noticed that the outfit was giving off Georgie vibes from “IT” a nice red balloon was added to the ensemble. Also thank you to my daughter Emaleigh for the photos of her goose! We all float down here… 🎈🤡💧

Because I am who I am… I had to look into this. Apparently this is not an actual Irish belief. However, just because I am a nerd, there are many such beliefs for many other forms of creativity. For example the Amish quilts have a “humility square”. A block or bit of fabric that obviously does not fit with the rest of the quilt. Navajos also have what the call a spirit line woven into their rugs for humility.

Anyway, all that to say… y’all are absolutely safe from getting part of my soul with y’all’s crochet items. They are full of mistakes. 😂😂😂

Hey all!!!! I have been working on a lot of things for crafts fairs/shows this fall! However, ”the best laid schemes of mice and men, gang aft a-gley” and I am going to be moving soon and I will most likely not have time for these activities and more importantly, I do not want to pack and store all these things…. So, I will be posting some things discounted quite a bit from what they would be at the craft fairs! I will be posting for a couple of days because I have quite a bit.

Just wanted to show you all the difference that different yarns make! All three are the exact same pattern, but using different yarns (worsted, chenille and blanket) and different hook sizes.
