Ang Kabataan Kontra Droga at Terorismo (KKDAT) Region 3 ay mariing kinokondena ang panlilinlang ng Makabayan Bloc sa mga kabataang Pilipino. Batay sa mga ulat mula sa iba't ibang KKDAT SA bansa, patuloy ang rekrutment ng mga makakaliwang grupo na suportado ng Makabayan Bloc sa mga inosenteng kabataan na ginagamit nila upang sirain ang bayan at ang pamahalaan. Ginagamit ng mga Party-list na ito ang buwis ng taumbayan upang irekrut ang mga kabataan, turuan na makipaglaban, at sirain ang kanilang buhay. Itigil na ang lantarang panloloko at paggamit sa atin ng mga Party-list na ito:

MANILA – The proposed Anti-Terrorism Act, if passed into law, would be the government’s “powerful weapon” against terrorists in the country, Chief Presidential Legal Counsel Salvador Panelo said on Friday.

May we remind the CHR that you are part of the government that you are trying to warn, even as we know that you are a constitunional body independent from the executive branch. But being so, it is clearly part of your mandate to make sure that no group should undermine the functions of the government, particularly in protecting our institutions from being deliberately destroyed by this monster we consider legal - the CPP.

This "legal" organization is now freely recruiting and killing our children, thanks to your inaction. They are killing our IPs and non-combatants, thanks again to your inaction. They have always called for the violent ouster of all duly elected and sitting presidents, using the voice of protest of a few radicals, thanks for your understanding. They are stealing the relief goods given to poor peasants affected by COVID-19 and attacking frontliners who are busy trying to contain this pandemic, thanks for your support. They have been ra**ng their fellow fighters, men and women alike, thanks for your silence.

These are all serious crimes, documented and many are pending in courts and you ask us for evidence? A notice for the Writ of Amparo and Habeas Corpus has just been issued by the SC for Anakbayan and Bayan Muna..arising from the complaints of parents of recruited children, yet you demand proof that these groups are red? By the way these are the same parents who went to the CHR head office but was never entertained by your Chairman. To our surprise, we learned that your chairman was actually busy entertaining a communist terrorist in his office. Will you ask us for proof?

Your callous indifference to listen to the actual victims of human rights is mind-boggling. Those trafficked children in Talaingod, parents who lost their children, union workers out of work and deceived to run to the hills, peasants duped to join the revolution, IPs exploited and many killed by NPAs are all waiting for justice to be served. But CHR wont budge, because the NPA is not the CPP? Because the CPP is legal.

The CPP NPAs themselves have been killing dissenters and activists, and even their fellow CPP NPAs guilty of sexual and financial opportunism (they ran away with party funds), then you blame the AFP because these people were previously red-tagged?

Activism and peaceful dissent is welcome in our democracy. Shall we say that again? But we call the rest as terrorists, precisely because of their affiliation. Slowly but surely all of them will have their warrants soon, as many witnesses are now coming out to incriminate these "dissenters" for complicity in these violent revolution.

Jose Ma Sison, himself, has been red-tagging these organizations since they were founded. The PRWC website is full of pictures of these red organizations, in red outfits, with red tarpaulines, red painting our walls, with arms slung in their shoulders, then you ask NTF ELCAC to show more proof?

What else can we say? And what can YOU say Chairman Gascon?
