🥓 Candied Bacon 🥓

Ingredients
1 pkg Candied Yams Seasoning or Sweet Garlic Chicken Seasoning
1 pkg (375 g/13 oz) low-sodium bacon, about 12 slices

Preparation
Place seasoning in a shallow dish. Using tongs or your hands, add bacon one piece at a time, rotating and pressing to coat.
Arrange bacon on Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner (it's okay if the strips of bacon overlap). Bake in preheated 400˚ F oven for 15–18 min, or until bacon is cooked to your liking. Alternatively, working in batches, arrange 4 slices over tray in Multipurpose Steamer. Cover and microwave on high 4–5 min. Remove bacon from steamer and set aside. Repeat until all the bacon is cooked.

Supper tonight pulled chicken sandwiches with homemade coleslaw!! Added a kick to the coleslaw by adding half a tbsp of the feisty green seasoning (which you could use our new kickin jalapeno seasoning)! Sliced green cabbage, red onion, and used carrot shreds for the coleslaw. Also for the chicken I debone a rotisserie chicken add to a pot and add ingredients on the package of ketchup BBQ sauce and vinegar and bring to a good temp about 20 min

Holiday baking and found an amazing recipe for our gingerbread to make into cookies!! Soft but crispy on the edges!! (Simple lemon crinkle cookies are the other that I haven't epicure-ized yet)

Epicure gluten free chicken pot pie!! Oh this was delightful!! I boiled the potatoes in the Dutch oven on the stove top (enough water to cover the potatoes), added seasoning to a bit of milk and water to mix it up to sit. Turned heat down when potatoes were slightly soft, added shredded carrots, shredded rotisserie chicken and seasoning mix (don't drain the water from potatoes) and mushrooms. Made the biscuits according to package and added a sampler of the herb and garlic and let sit for 10 min. Stirred stew and added frozen peas then spoonfuls of biscuit batter on top. Baked in oven for 18 min at 425 and then took out of oven and brushed biscuit topper with melted butter. Voila!
