Based with half bubble gum, & half cotton candy, this shaved ice comes piled high with whipped cream, rainbow sprinkles & a rainbow unicorn sucker. 🌈

SHARK ATTACK 🦈

We’re a little late for shark week, but this shaved ice is good all year around!

Using blue raspberry as the base, with a cherry dome topper… we’ve layered “ocean pebbles” through out & topped it off with some whip cream waves & tasty gummy sharks. Kids & adults are sure to love!

SPICY MAMI’ 🍉

Started with a generous swirl of chamoy and sprinkle of tajin, this shaved ice is water melon & tamarind flavored. Piled high with fresh watermelon, more chamoy & tajin & a tamarind stick… your sure to get the Mexican candy experience I’ve come to LOVE.

Cucumber Watermelon Lemonade 🍉

Fresh squeezed as always, this is sure to cool you & keep you refreshed in this brutal August heat!

Created after that delish Rouses cake we all know & love… our gentilly cake shaved ice is started with a swirl of condensed milk in the cup, vanilla ice cream in the middle, wedding cake syrup & topped with fresh berries & more condensed milk.
