The literal INSANITY of people talking about praying to imaginary, nonexistent entities at times like these is almost too much to bear, as if such, again literal, nonsense will have any effect whatsoever. These imaginarily omniscient and omnipotent beings have had far more than their fair share of opportunity to make anything other than a tragically detrimental effect on our world and in our lives. If there is an opposite of praying, how about y’all start doing that. Reality (what’s true) matters, and the sooner we evolve beyond the irrationality of religious beliefs, the sooner we can focus on addressing our world’s problems in any meaningful way.
Zeus (or whomever you are imagining) does not now and never has existed!

I’ve not seen any commentary accurately capturing what Survivor fans have lost and are losing with Probst’s increasing power. He is incompetent, lacking the depth, sophistication of thought, and insight to successfully nurture this extraordinary game. Instead, and rather than seek out and use available resources to appropriately facilitate the game, he consistently mishandles poignant moments, ignoring context, all the while steering this game into unsurvivably rough seas and no doubt, eventually, into the looming rocky shoreline.
This week’s s***-show of a tribal council lays squarely in his lap. Every one of us has every right to express anything we’re feeling whenever we choose, while accepting responsibility for the consequences of our choices. Those of you bothered (or stupidly angered) by these two womens’ apparently-honest (as opposed to game play), emotional reactions and commentary, in any way other than energized curiosity about what their reactions will cost them (or gain them) in the game, are misguided. You, in fact, share some responsibility for what is (and long has been) wrong and terribly problematic within our society.
The most powerful components of Survivor have always been related to viewers’ opportunities to observe (fly-on-a-wall-style) both how we humans react under the pressures of the game and how others react to our exposed reactions.
Conversations about what we see, why participants acted and reacted as they did, and what those things say about us are SUPER valuable, outside the game… NOT within it. Money is involved, motives are appropriately suspect, and context is meaningful.
Probst’s irresponsible insertion of his own shallow, short-sighted, and agenda-driven influence is destroying the game’s integrity and stealing the unique opportunity for introspective growth Survivor once provided viewers.
Our world is frought with deeply-meaningful issues of great concern, and Survivor had once been an effective (and entertaining) catalyst for meaningful growth.
I’m sad for participants. I’m sad for viewers. The devolution of Survivor, likely fueled by one man’s ego and greed, is both unnecessary and tragic.

On 11/19/21, they emailed apologizing and informing me my account had been “restored to full functionality.” It had not and still has not been restored. I can neither access my account nor have I been able to reach anyone anywhere at Twitter for help. I‘d very much appreciate assistance or guidance to restore my account.
