মহসিন কলেজ ডিবেটিং ক্লাব এর বিতর্ক দল "MCDC অরণ্য " CCPC Debating Society কর্তৃক আয়োজিত "Reignite-CCPC Nationals 2023" বিতর্ক প্রতিযোগিতায় সেমিফাইনালে তাদের যাত্রা শেষ করেছে। উল্লেখ্য ৩২ দলের এই প্রতিযোগিতায় প্রিলিমিনারী রাউন্ডের সব কয়টি বিতর্ক জিতে দ্বিতীয় স্থান নিয়ে কোর্য়াটার ফাইনাল নিশ্চিত করে এই দলটি।

একই সাথে এই মাসে অনুষ্ঠিত জিএমএইচডিস কর্তৃক আয়োজিত "জিএমএইচ ডিএস জাতীয় বিতর্ক উৎসব '২৩" বিতর্ক প্রতিযোগিতায় সেমিফাইনাল পর্যন্ত পৌঁছায় এই দলটি।

BRAC-A is the first ever team from Bangladesh and South Asia to become the Champions of WUDC(World University Debating Championship). Sajid Asbat Khandaker and Sourodip Paul have done it for Bangladesh.

Ladies and gentlemen, we’d like your attention to an important announcement.

Rome wasn’t built in a day, and neither does our club. But from the bricks to build a monumental colossal, we were believers in changes around us that would make the society and discourse around us far more progressive and steps ahead of its time. Our firm belief in the constructive discussion didn’t go in vain when we look at what we gained as MCDC within this short period.

While starting with a group of dreamers, it wasn’t imaginable to reach such a massive feat as we are now. It wasn’t easy either. But nothing stopped us from being one of the most successful run-ups in Chittagong city. Now to emulate our journey more, ladies and gentlemen, we are presenting you with the first committee ever in the history of the first ever club of Govt.Hazi Muhammad Mohsin College.

সীতাকুণ্ডের কদমরসুলে বিএম কন্টেইনার ডিপোতে আগুনে অনেক মানুষ আহত হয়েছে। ফায়ার সার্ভিস, স্থানীয় বাসিন্দা এবং পুলিশ সদস্যরাসহ অনেকে আহত। আহতদের চট্টগ্রাম মেডিক্যাল কলেজ হাসপাতালে নেয়া হচ্ছে। হাসপাতালে আহতদের চিকিৎসা, রক্ত, ওষুধসহ সব রকম সহযোগিতা প্রয়োজন। যাদের পক্ষে সম্ভব চিকিৎসায় সহযোগিতা করতে স্বেচ্ছাসেবা দিতে এগিয়ে আসুন। এই মানবিক সংকটে মানুষের পাশে দাঁড়ান।

চট্টগ্রামের সবকটি সরকারী/ বেসরকারি হসপিটালের এম্বুলেন্স ফায়ার সার্ভিসের পক্ষ হতে অতিদ্রুত সীতাকুণ্ডে যেতে বলা হচ্ছে। চট্টগ্রাম মেডিকেল কলেজ হাসপাতালে ব্যাপক রক্তের প্রয়োজনও হতে পারে।

We have also added the selected participants to a Messenger group. So, make sure you are in the Messenger group as well. এই প্রতিযোগিতায় মহসিন কলেজের দলটি বিভাগীয় পর্যায়ে রানারআপ হওয়ার গৌরব অর্জন করে।

Our first workshop on 'Case Construction' will be held on 23th January,Saturday at 8.30 PM. The workshop will be taken by Shihab-Ar-Rashad,from CUETDS. He is also an alumni of our club.The workshop will be taken via 'Zoom' platform. Everyone should attend the workshop as it will help you guys to improve your debating skills. These workshop(s) are going to be very helpful for the debaters. So make sure that you are attending these workshop(s).

ইতোমধ্যে আমাদের সদস্য নিয়োগের পর্ব শেষ হয়েছে। যারা যারা সদস্য হওয়ার আগ্রহ প্রকাশ করেছেন তাদের সকলকে ধন্যবাদ।
▪️এখন থেকেই আমাদের সকল কাজ শুরু হবে। আপনাদের সকলকে নিয়েই আমরা আমাদের পরবর্তী বিতর্ক চর্চা ও কর্মশালার কাজ শুরু করবো।
যেহেতু "মহসিন কলেজ ডিবেটিং ক্লাব"এ এমন অনেকেই আছে যারা অনেকদিন আগে থেকে বিতর্ক করছে আবার এমন অনেকেই আছে যারা নতুন শুরু করতে চায়। তাই আমরা এমনভাবে সবকিছু বাছাই করে নিয়েছি যাতে করে সকলেই বিতর্ক শেখার এবং বিতর্ক করার সুযোগ পায়। তবে তার জন্য আপনাদের সবার সহযোগিতা প্রয়োজন।

🔹মহসিন কলেজ ডিবেটিং ক্লাবের সকল কাজ এখন থেকে একটি প্রাইভেট গ্রুপে হবে। গ্রুপের লিংক সবাইকে ইমেইল করে দেয়া হয়েছে। তাই সকলে নিজেদের মেইল চেক করে নিবেন। যদি কেও রেজিষ্ট্রেশন করার পরও মেইল না পেয়ে থাকেন অথবা যদি রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফর্মে ইমেইল আইডি না দিয়ে থাকেন তারা পেইজের ইনবক্সে মেসেজ দিয়ে জেনে নিবেন।
প্রাইভেট গ্রুপটিতে সব ধরনের আপডেট দেয়া হবে। আমরা কখন কি করবো সবকিছু সেখানে বিস্তারিত পেয়ে যাবেন।
তাই যারা গ্রুপটিতে এখনো যুক্ত হননি তাদের গ্রুপে যুক্ত হওয়ার অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।
🔸এছাড়া আমাদের একটি মেসেঞ্জার গ্রুপ আছে যেখানে মূলত আমাদের সকল আলোচনা হয় এবং প্রয়োজনীয় নির্দেশনাও সেখানে দেয়া হয়।
তাই যারা রেজিস্ট্রেশন করেছেন তারা সকলেই মেসেঞ্জার গ্রুপে যুক্ত হয়ে যাবেন।

অবশেষে অপেক্ষার পালা শেষ করে আমরা "মহসিন কলেজ ডিবেটিং ক্লাব"-র সদস্য নিয়োগের ফর্ম প্রকাশ করলাম।
বাংলা বিতর্কের পাশাপাশি ক্লাবটি এখন থেকে ইংরেজী বিতর্কের চর্চাও শুরু করবে এবং আগ্রহী সকলের জন্য উভয় বিতর্কের উপর পরবর্তীতে আমরা কর্মশালার আয়োজন করবো।
🔹মূলত বিতর্ক আমাদের আত্নবিশ্বাসের সাথে নিজের মতামত সকলের সামনে তুলে ধরতে সাহায্য করে এবং সকল বিষয়কে যুক্তি দিয়ে ভাবতে শেখায়।
◾মহসিন কলেজ ডিবেটিং ক্লাব এমন কিছু উৎসাহী ও অঙ্গীকারবদ্ধ সদস্য খুজছে যারা পরবর্তীতে নিরলসভাবে ক্লাবের জন্য কাজ করে যেতে পারবে।

ব্যক্তিত্বের বিকাশে বিতর্ক একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ মাধ্যম। মানুষের যুক্তিবোধ ও জ্ঞানের বিশালতাকে ছড়িয়ে দিতে বিতর্কের কোন তুলনা নেই। প্রত্যেকটি বিতর্কে যুক্তির চর্চা ও জ্ঞানের বিশালতা একটি অন্যতম বিনোদনের মাধ্যমও বটে। পক্ষ বিপক্ষ, সরকারি বিরোধী দলের যুক্তি, পাল্টাযুক্তি, যুক্তি খণ্ডন নিঃসন্দেহে উপভোগ্য ও নিঃসন্দেহে এর থেকে শেখা যায় অনেক কিছু। বিতর্কের আরেকটি গুণ হল এটি একজন ব্যক্তিকে সুন্দর উপস্থাপনা শেখাতে পারে। কি করে নিজের মতামত জ্ঞান ও যুক্তির সাহায্যে অপরের কাছে তুলে ধরা যায়, তা শেখায় বিতর্ক। এছাড়াও নেটওয়ার্কিং বৃদ্ধিরক্ষেত্রেও বিতর্ক অত্যন্ত উপকারি।পারলে এমন কাউকে জিজ্ঞাসা করুন যে বেশ কিছুদিন ধরেই বিতর্কের অংশ হয়ে আছে। তারা আপনাকে বলতে পারবে যে কীভাবে এটি তাদের জীবনকে আরও উন্নত করেছে। সুতরাং জ্ঞান যুক্তি ও সুন্দর মননের মানুষ হওয়ার জন্যে বিতর্কের বিকল্প মেলা দায়।

এই কথাটি মাথায় রেখে “Mohsin College Debating Club(MCDC)” নতুন সদস্য নিবন্ধনের কাজ খুব শীঘ্রই শুরু করতে যাচ্ছে। নিজেকে একজন আদর্শ ব্যক্তিত্ব সম্পন্ন হিসেবে গড়ে তুলতে যোগ দিন যুক্তির এই মহাযজ্ঞে!

Perhaps this is the most underrated debate club in the circuit. No one ever seen this before officially announced cause from a college like Mohsin it's highly difficult to run an authorized debate club(at least the Ctg peeps can realize that hopefully) So,we've taken the initiative hoping the commencement will turn out comparatively better.Therefor we obviously need the support from the circuit so that we can thrive around the circuit relentlessly and organize some amazing fest. We want you guys to witness the relentlessness and struggling of some amazing debaters and the feel of a campus from the mountain.
